Our friend told us that we HAD to watch Ted Lasso. Since we trust him AND his judgement we did! AND WE LOVED IT! Do you watch it? (I’m guessing so if you are reading this recipe! Well shortly after starting to watch it I found Ana_Calderone on TikTok. She is an amazing baker who created this recipe for People Magazine for your oven! Summer time is coming and I am looking forward to bonfires, BBQs and Ice Cream with friends. I found this recipe for Coconut Rum Mango Ice Cream and decided to try it out! I chose the Stack Cooker this time because hubby bought 73% lean burger, and we are eating out of the freezer! The Stack Cooker will allow the fat to naturally drain vs the Micro Pro Grill not having enough space on the sides for that! If you try this recipe please let us know what you think!
