Satisfyingly Simple Burger Bowl with Potatoes in under 15 minutes

I love this recipe for Burger Bowls with Potatoes. The best reason why I love it is I don’t eat bread, but gives me the satisfaction of having a burger that is healthish.
This recipe could be made in the MicroPro Grill OR the Stack Cooker. I chose the Stack Cooker this time because hubby bought 73% lean burger, and we are eating out of the freezer! The Stack Cooker will allow the fat to naturally drain vs the Micro Pro Grill not having enough space on the sides for that!
Which one would you use to create your Burger Bowl with Potatoes?
Tupperware used: Stack Cooker OR Micro Pro Grill, Chef Knife, Cutting Board, Chop n Prep, Breakfast Maker (optional), Fridgesmarts, and Pick a Deli
Ingredients:
- 1 lb 4 oz of Burger meat formed into 4 burgers
- 1/2 red onion diced in Chop n Prep
- 1 lb potatoes diced up
- 4 cups of romaine or greens
- 1 container of grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado sliced
- Salt n Pepper to taste
- Chopped Pickets (optional)
- Slicked jalapeƱos (optional)
- Egg (optional – if you would like this poach it in the Breakfast Maker using the cups for 75 seconds)
- Condiment of your choice – Ketchup, avocado Mayo, dijon Mustard, Hot sauce or Salsa
Directions:
Step 1: Cube the potatoes of your choice and place them in the 3qt base of the Stack Cooker
Step 2: Season your burgers with the Salt & Pepper and form 4 burgers. Place them in the Colander of the Stack Cooker, then nest it in the 1-3/4 qt Casserole so that the fat will drain into the Casserole dish vs the potatoes.
TIP: Poke a hole in the middle of each burger to know when they are cooked through! When the hole closes it is well done!
Step 3: Stack the Burgers with the 1 -3/4 qt Casserole Stack Cooker inside the 3 qt Casserole Stack Cooker base
Step 4: Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes until potatoes are tender and burgers are cooked through. When the cooking is done it is important to let it rest for 3-4 minutes to finish the cooking process.
Step 5: While burgers are cooking prepare your toppings. Using the Chop n Prep to dice up the pickles and jalapeƱos if desired. Take your lettuce out of your Fridge Smarts and build your salad on the plate or bowl of your choosing.

If an egg is desired for this burger while the stack cooker is resting take the Breakfast Maker with the egg inserts inside. Drop 1 egg and a couple teaspoons of water into each cup. Microwave for 75 seconds for a poached egg (timings may vary based on your microwave)
