Ted Lasso’s Biscuits with the Boss….Tupperware style!

Our friend told us that we HAD to watch Ted Lasso. Since we trust him AND his judgement we did! AND WE LOVED IT! Do you watch it? (I’m guessing so if you are reading this recipe! Well shortly after starting to watch it I found Ana_Calderone on TikTok. She is an amazing baker who created this recipe for People Magazine for your oven! I just figured out how to make it in 12-14 minutes using the Micro Pro Grill instead! Here is how!

Ingredients and Tupper Tools needed

• Micro Pro Grill with Ring
• Whip n Mix
• Parchment Paper
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter or one stick of butter, softened, cut into pieces
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt

Step 1: Line your Micro Pro Grill with Parchment Paper so it overhangs on the sides. This will come in handy when lifting the Biscuits out of the Grill. Place the Micro Pro Grill Ring inside the Micro Pro Grill on top of the Parchment Paper. Set it aside

Step 2: Add the Butter, Flour, Sugar, Vanilla and Salt to the Whip n Mix. Mix on setting 2 to have it come together into a soft consistency. If it feels like the butter is stuck at the bottom just take a Spatula and lift the butter up to the top to finish mixing.

Step 3: Press the mixture inside the Micro Pro Grill Ring and place the Cover on the “Bake” Setting

Step 4: Microwave at 70% power for between 12-14 minutes. When we used our microwave we did ours for 12 minutes 30 seconds!

Step 5: You will know it is done because the top will start to brown like you see here. At this point take off the Micro Pro Grill Cover and set it aside. Then let the cookie cool down inside the Micro Pro Grill. This will do two things. 1. It will make it firmer and easier to transfer. 2. It will brown the underside as you see in the 2nd picture

Step 6: Transfer to a plate and cut into 8 rectangles and enjoy! We store ours in a Snack Stor or Large Snack Stor. Thought I will be honest it does not last long!
