How to make a Turkey Crunch Wrap Supreme made in under 12 minutes!

We love to have tacos…making these Crunch Wraps just takes it up a notch! Instead of using beef like you may find in a traditional Crunch Wrap Supreme we are using Turkey to boot!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of Ground Beef or Turkey (we used Turkey for ours)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Shallot in the Chop n Prep
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 8 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes in the Chop n Prep
  • 1 cup each shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese using the Grate Master Shredder
  • Hot Sauce for serving if desired

Steps to making this amazing wrap!

First Chop up the Shallots or Onions in the Chop n Prep

Then place Stack Cooker Colander inside the Stack Cooker 3 qt base. Sprinkle the Ground Turkey around the holes of the Colander so the fat can fall into the Stack Cooker 3 qt base while it cooks. Sprinkle the chopped onions or shallots on top. Then sprinkle the Chili Powder, Paprika and Cumin. Last add some salt and pepper

Microwave on High with the cover on for the Stack Cooker for 5 minutes and let rest for 2 minutes before putting into the Power Chef System to chop up the Turkey into crumbles.

To prepare the shells – Take the flour tortilla and place it on a plate. Place a tostada shell in the center and cut out with a Paring Knife. Set the Circle aside to use when assembling the Crunch Wrap

Next take a Large Tortilla and place it on a plate. On top of the Tortilla place 1/4 of the meat mixture that was crumbled in the Power Chef System. Then spread 1/4 of the Nacho Cheese on top of that (the 2nd time we just spread it on the tostada and placed that side down on the meat! – MUCH EASIER!) Place Tostada on top of the cheese and meat. Then on top of hte tostada spread sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce that was shredded and the two cheeses that were shredded in the Grate Master Shredder.

Cover the whole thing with the tortilla you cut out. Fold the edges and flip upside down into the Micro Pro Grill. Microwave for 3-4 minutes on high in the Grill Position. Then Flip and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with your favorite Hot Sauce if desired!
