Caramel Corn

This Caramel Corn is so yummy and so easy to make! Be sure to store it in your Modular Mate and hide it from the kiddos if you want it to last longer!

Ingredients:
- 2 bags of microwave popcorn
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 large brown paper bag – yes this is really important to use!
Directions:
Step 1: Pop the Microwave Popcorn according to package directions and pour both bags into the large brown paper bag.
Step 2: In the Stack Cooker 1-3/4 qt casserole, microwave the butter, brown sugar and corn syrup on high power for 3-5 minutes until melted. Be sure to stir half way through to ocmbine
Step 3: Stir in baking soda into caramel mixture. Foaming is normal
Step 4: Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and shake to coat popcorn
Step 5 Place bag in microwave and heat on high power 1 minute then shake
Step 6: If popcorn isn’t evenly coated, return to microwave and heat 1 more minute on high power and shake again.
Step 7 Allow to cool before serving!
Then enjoy!!!
