Stack Cook Chicken & Quinoa
Prep: 5 Minutes | Cook: 20 Minutes | 4 Servings
- One bag frozen vegetables (suggest broccoli)
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cut quinoa
Rinse and drain quinoa and add to the 3 quart base. Add 2 1/2 cups water to quinoa. Place 1 chicken in 1 3/4 quart stack cooker and sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Add frozen vegetables to cover.
Stack all three pieces and cook in Microwave on high for 20 minutes. Let stand for 6 minutes after cooking.
