Healthy Strawberry Sunrise Smoothie to start your day!

Sometimes you just want to start off your day with something quick and easy. We know we are supposed to get 10 servings of fruits and veggies throughout the day. Most serving sizes are a 1/2 cup. When you drink this smoothie you are getting 1 cup of fruit or 2 servings towards that 10 AND it tastes good!! I love it when things are easy like this don’t you?
