Ham & Cheese Egg Cups

This is one of those recipes that should come with a warning! Rich created it, and if you do this in advance, you could have breakfast ready for the week ahead too!


  • 12 slices of ham
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. (Alternative: can cook in Microwave for 3-5 minutes on high.)

Grate the cheese, we used cheddar, with the Grate Master Shredder.

In Silicone Muffin Pan line each cup with two pieces of ham and sprinkle with cheddar.

Crack an egg in each ham cup and season with salt and pepper

Bake until eggs are cooked through, about 12-15 minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolks.

Add finely chopped parsley on top

Store in a Vent n Serve container if saving it for the week ahead. Serving suggestion is 1 Ham & Cheese Egg Cup per serving.
